Kaav is our smart, sassy and stylish Project Manager of the Inspire Lab. She oversees the overall design of the project, mentors our wonderful cohort of young women and facilitates our workshop sessions.

Besides her experience working for a number of development agencies in Sri Lanka, in leading projects and designing outreah efforts, she is also a talented poet and writer! 

 

Her weaknesses are Oreo chocolates and her fierce love for all our girls at the Inspire Lab. Also her hair color is always on point.
